Altea
Is a resort on the coast, and it is located at the foot of the Sierra de Bernia mountain range. The original part of the town is on top of a hill, overlooking the Mediterranean, with views of the harbour/marina below.  The main A.7 road runs along this part of the coastline making Altea Hills extremely accessible. It is about 35 minutes north of Alicante Airport, and is therefore nice and easy to travel to. Ideal for your property investent in Spain? 

Calpe
Lies at the foot of the Penon de ifach (is a rock jutting out from the sea, and classified as a nature park). It is joined to the mainland by a narrow isthmus. You will find lots to see and do in Calpe for instance museums, bars, restaurants and quaint little streets and squares. Calpe is a town that is full of history and culture - the ancient fishing village blends with the more modern buildings, making it a great place for both holidays and permanent living alike. One of Calpe’s main attractions is the long stretch of good sandy beach which boasts such wonderful views. Calpe has become one of the most famous and well used “family” resorts in the Northern Costa Blanca (next to Benidorm).

Denia
Takes its name from the Roman Goddess Diana, and is a town full of culture and history.  Denia is located the foot of The Montgo Natural Park, and if you venture upto the peak you will be rewarded with fantastic views out towards Ibiza. The castle in Denia dominates the town, and at night-time the lights make an excellent landmark as they tower over the town and harbour/marina. To the north there are miles of lovely sandy beaches, and to the south you will find small coves dotted along the rocky coast. Travel inland and see all the citrus groves of the area, as well as vineyards. This is a very beautiful place, and well worth a look for your property investment in Spain.

Javea
Is about an hours drive from Alicante. It is a very popular coastline with beautiful sandy beaches, offering many water sports and activities to cater for the whole family. It is a bustling port, with low rise development - a real taste of Spain. The scenery inland is great, with groves, almond orchards and rice fields. Its popular beach "Arenal" has been accredited a 'clean beach' by The World Health Organisation - and has a promenade lined with bars and restaurants. There are craft stalls set up here in the evenings. You will find something to suit all tastes here, and be able to enjoy many pursuits in Javea and the surrounding area.

The Jalon Valley
This area is going inland, but still within easy reach of Javea and Calpe. Life is much slower here, its dotted with Moorish villages which are full of original Spanish charm and history. The Jalon Valley is the base for the wine industry of the region - you can sample and buy the local wine. Moraira
Moraira is a traditional village which is on the road towards Calpe, along the coast from Javea. It has a large Marina, lovely sheltered bays and coves, with lots of green countryside. Moraira itself is not over-developed, which makes the property sought after, so again well worth a look.
